At VINCO we are specialists in the supply of wires focused on sectors such as automotive and electronics, agri-food, spring and spring and general uses. We have a wide range of wires -round, square and flat- including diameters from 0.10 mm to 22 mm so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs. In addition, we have ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications that ensure quality and commitment to the environment throughout our production process and product delivery.
In our catalog you will find a wide variety of chemical compositions of aluminum wire based on the European Standard EN 573-3 which lists the chemical composition. The mechanical characteristics are detailed according to EN 1301-2 which deals with aluminum and aluminum alloys. In this sense, it is important to differentiate between the different aluminum alloys since, depending on each of them, the wire will have certain properties: the 1000 series (Al) is characterized by excellent corrosion resistance in a wide variety of environments; the 2000 series (Al Cu) is known for its good mechanical strength in high temperature applications; the 5000 series (Al Mn) has good corrosion resistance and weldability; the 6000 series (Al MgSi) has high weldability; and the 7000 series (Al Zn) has high mechanical strength.
When ordering any chemical composition for aluminum wire, we offer you the possibility to choose the packaging format taking into account the maximum weight in kilograms. Each of them is listed in the table below:
Packaging format | Maximum weight in kg |
Roll | 500 |
Coil Z | 800 |
Plastic reel DIN 160 | 7 |
Rods | - |
We offer different supply options at the customer's choice for the type of palletizing, reel axis orientation and material protection elements to ensure that the product arrives in perfect conditions: lid, paper or VCI anti-humidity plastic, phytosanitary packaging, maritime packaging and anti-humidity bags.
