At VINCO we offer you three varieties of chemical compositions for brass wire subject to the EN 12166 Standard that affects copper and alloy wires for general uses:
The table included in the product data sheet details all the percentages of the chemical elements that make up each of the compositions.
The mechanical characteristics are also defined according to EN 12166 and the following variables are specified: nominal diameter in millimeters, tensile strength Rm and the conventional yield strength Rp at 0.2%. In addition, these characteristics are differentiated according to the state of hardness of the material which can be ⅛ hard, ¼ hard, ½ hard, hard or spring hard.
Brass wire can be supplied with either a tin plated or nickel plated finish. In addition, a variety of options are available upon request at the time of ordering. The supply capabilities we offer are summarized in three different categories: round wire; flat wire - including square, trapezoidal and half round wire - and rod wire.

When preparing the order, it is possible to select - in addition to these packaging formats - the type of palletizing with the pallet, as well as the orientation of the reels. In addition, we can include in our shipments different protection elements depending on the needs of each customer: lid, VCI damp-proof paper or plastic, phytosanitary and maritime packaging and damp-proof bags.
